Historical Monument denomidado Casa Cartagena and Santa Cruz de Cusco was acquired in July 2006 by a company italiana.El restoration project Minusio House was studied by the Italian architect Roberto Bertetti (www.robertobertetti.it ), who was appointed by the company to restore the former splendor of the property, without altering its historical value.
Work began in September 2007, under the close supervision of the National Institute of Culture of Peru, with a slow and Minusio restoration work, while keeping intact the original walls of the house and reusing the same materials with which to construct the previous structure.
